Yes all Perina staff members are formally trained and qualified to meet the requirements at hand. They are allocated to each job based on their skills and experience.
Does your company have insurance?
Yes we are fully insured. Please contact us for latest copies of our insurances.
What are your business hours?
Our normal operating hours are 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are contactable 24 hours a day, seven days a week on 1300 051 013 for emergency plumbing or maintenance problems.
Do you guarantee your work?
How do you ensure your service technicians complete each job correctly?
Every service technician must have the appropriate training and experience for the required work to be carried out. We carry out regular appraisals of our technicians’ qualifications and provide any additional training required to ensure that they remain current. We only assign technicians to jobs that match their competency levels and qualifications.
As a further precaution, after each job, we review all documentation and confirm that the schedule of work completed is correct. We also conduct random Site Audits to ensure jobs have been completed correctly.
Do you have an Work Health Safety management system?
Perina Group has a comprehensive set of internal policies and procedures that ensure a safe, professional workplace for our clients, our people and the general public. We have implemented a company-wide Work Health Safety management program and our commitment to safety includes regular training and re-certification of all trades and apprentices.
Do you have written procedures for managing risks?
We have a legal obligation to provide a safe and healthy workplace at all times and an important part of our WHS management system deals with risk management and safe-work procedures.
We prepare and use written Safe Work Method Statements (SWMSs) that include formal Risk Assessments. We can’t start work until we have either eliminated or controlled any risk effectively and we have obtained a formal sign-off for every SWMS.
Do you provide scheduled maintenance?
Routine, scheduled maintenance is essential for keeping any facility in reliable day-to-day operation. Perina Group provides facility-maintenance services for clients in different sectors across Perth, using a state-of-the-art management system to coordinate activities. Out technicians are assigned to clients well in advance of each scheduled visit and we ensure that all your administration is handled promptly and professionally. Our objective is to make your scheduled maintenance management completely headache-free.

Yes. Our goal is customer satisfaction and that starts with punctual tradespeople. Our office support staff electronically track each technician and maintain continual contact with our client’s with regular arrival updates.
Can we trust you with a key?
Of course you can! Our office support staff maintain our in-house Electronic Key Management system, ensuring control over your keys.
Plus all of our technicians have been through a Police check and safety training to ensure quality service.
Can you call or email me before you arrive on-site?
Yes our staff are happy to contact you before they arrive to ensure your onsite or available to discuss options.
Are your trades experienced?
Yes we have a team of experienced plumbers, gas fitters and maintenance staff who are ready to assist 24/7. They have all been through thorough internal inductions and training.
Can you work to a specific budget?
Yes we are more than happy to work within a specific budget to ensure your project is a success.
Do you supply free quotes?
Yes we can supply free quotes, it’s only fair and reasonable. Plus if additional works are required once our technician is at the job, we can provide an instant quote for additional services so there is no need for another call-out fee.
Can we schedule jobs?
We sure can. We are happy to book ahead to help with your schedule.
Can you pay by credit card or direct debit?
Credit Card payment with MasterCard and Visa card over the phone to our office administration staff. We can also extend direct debit facilitates to approved customers. Our payment terms are 30 days from invoice date.
Do you offer an account facility?
Approved business clients can be provided with an account facility.
