Our recruitment process.
Because we build careers at Perina Group, we love to make sure we find the right people for the role, so the recruitment process has been designed to take us from strangers, to colleagues – and hopefully friends.
Submit an Application
We advertise on job boards including SEEK, Linkedin & our Careers page. Upon application, we ask you to submit your CV, Cover Letter & answer some basic questions.
Phone Screening
Once we’ve identified that you have the relevant skills & experience, we’ll get in touch to have a quick 5-30min chat. This is your chance to tell us briefly about your interest in the role.
Initial Interview
This is your time to shine! It’s likely that you’ll meet for 1-1.5 hours with our General Manager and Supervisor along with our HR Manager.
Reference Checks
Before we can make an offer, we’ll ask you for at least 2 professional referees. We’ll then chat to them about how great you are.
Offer
We will then make a written offer, discuss your remuneration & confirm a start date. Congratulations!
New Starter Induction
It’s here that you’ll be put through company & role specific induction programs. This will kit you up with all the necessary info & tools to help get you off to a great start.
On-Going Training & Development
You’ll get access to all the necessary training and accreditations, as well as receive ongoing support & development to further your skills within your job role at Perina Group.
